Imagine you were able to go back in time. What would you change? What if the past didn’t want to be changed?   That’s exactly the scenario facing history teacher Jake Epping (played by James Franco) in Hulu’s new original

series 11.22.63. 

Jake’s dying friend Al (Chris Cooper) has discovered a portal through time and passes his knowledge on to Jake. The mission: Prevent the assassination of JFK on November 22, 1963. But as Jake explores the possibilities of time travel, he realizes that changing things is more complicated than he first thought. The past, it seems, fights back against being altered. And, as Jake gets closer to his goal, things get more dangerous. Ultimately Jake is left to wonder…who does changing the past really benefit?
