Facebook Wants You'all To Get Its Messanger App, Planning To End Chts On Mobile Web
Facebook will end chats on its mobile web application, forcing mobile users to download its messanger. Meaning that when you use a web browser to access Facebook, the chat or messanger
icon will be gone.
Facebook has already ended support for chatting/messaging on its Official Android and IOS apps forcing all users to switch to its stand alone messanger app.
An advantage for this move is that the messanger client will support end-to-end encryption, enhancing privacy. End-to-end encryption would effectively black out Conversations to all but sender and recipient, assuming the device you use are not compromised.
According to some sources, the charge will likely take place this summer.
